Responsible for hotel maintenance with plumbing, familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment. Complete daily work assignments in a timely fashion. Ability to work independently, however, professionally interact with co-workers, guests, and vendors. Frequent bending, stooping, lifting of 50 lbs, snow removal, mowing and weed trimming. Tasks also include painting, heating and air conditioning, maintain records and good upkeep of the pool and spa. Other duties include but not limited to; changing of air filters, performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms as required by Brand Standards, floor repair, electrical repair, painting, working on washers and dryers.
